Early life

            Nont Tanont’s musical path began when he was 4 years old. It all started at a karaoke booth in a restaurant nearby his home. At that time, he sang songs confidently although he could not even read. He was having fun singing for people around him.

             After he attended primary school, Baansamkong municipal school, at Phuket, he decided to follow his musical path by being the main singer for Lukthung band or Thai folk song band named “Samkong Super Dance” which was the school band. Meanwhile, Nont entered several singing contests. Sometimes, he won. Sometimes, he lost. However, he has never been discouraged, he kept practicing and learned from all the experiences.

            When he was in high school, he changed his music style from Lukthung to string music and formed a band with his friends. He wanted to pursue his dream which was being on a stage with his friends like other popular music bands that he admired.
    Nont’s career in the entertainment industry began from his misunderstanding about the criterion of one of the contests that he decided to enter. He thought it was for a band contest, but it was a contest for duo or single singing. Although the unexpected situation happened, he did not throw away the chance. Nont auditioned for The Voice Thailand season 1 and his unique voice finally impressed Kong Saharat, one of the coaches in the show, during the blind audition. 
     With his potential, sincerity, and charisma, he shined on the stage and got many votes from the audiences. Finally, he made it through to become the first and youngest winner of the competition at that time.
